    I graduated from Jamestown High back in 79’. We were in the EDC at the time. We then were split in north and south divisions. North had GF RR, GF Central, Devils Lake, Grafton, Cando(folded in 78’), Park River(same as Cando I believe), Minot, and Bottineau. South had Bismarck High, Bismarck Century, Bismarck St Mary’s, Jamestown, Fargo South, Fargo North, and Shanley. We played everyone twice in the south and played the north once a season. 2 points per game is what I recall

    Kid could be pretty dang good by the tune he graduates with all the shots he’s seeing. He’s only a sophomore. Devils Lake bantam team is pretty good this year so by the time he is a senior he will have some help in front of him

    Got to brag about my daughters UJ Womens hockey team as they just defeated the number 3 team in the nation Midland College 3-2 in their own barn. Same team the Jimmie’s got swept by 10-1 and 7-1 in their first ever series. They have come a long ways since then

    Your first paragraph is what our AD told me when I interviewed for the girls high school coaching job. 2 years later he tells me it’s time to start beating those big schools, which we did but I didn’t think that mattered to him
