I think its more an issue with everyone trying to just hit HR instead of just getting on base. I think they have always thrown hard its more players wanting hr the on base.

If a coach is unable to see the fire infront of him, it doesn't matter how good he is doing, he should be told hes doing a bad job and make a change to fix it. If I my job did 80 percent correct and 20 incorrect, I would be fired.

Its not stupid hard for people to get excited if they arnt fans already, you should make announcements for people who don't normal go to games and want to make them go to the game.
