Any chance not winning a world juniors medal causes any of our 4 world junior players to want to return? From my perspective. I think all four of our world juniors players would benefit from another year. EJ could benefit from a year of gaining more of an offensive side of things. Don’t see him playing many NHL minutes next year if the likelihood of him scoring are low

He does well against lower-tier opponents but hasn’t mastered doing well against a higher-level opponent. I’d take Reschny over him any day of the week. One performs well when it matters most and the other doesn’t quite do that. Comparing the two may not be fair given their age difference, but let the record show I’m in favor of our guys

I would normally laugh at Canadas misfortunes, especially given it’s Czechia for the third year in a row, but with our NoDak boys on the team I want them to win and be happy
