Norman will be a sizeable loss. Treysen is really the only one on the roster that will play that has a pure stroke. You're right, we will miss Jalun's point guard play, where he entered to the wing and then stood on the baseline on the dunker spot.

Erikson is the furthest away from playing time.. His body needs a major tune up

If he shoots almost 36% from 3 and 48% from the field again this year then he probably will be a 20+ minute guy again.

I think they have everyone but 1 on campus right now. (Not sure if T is on campus yet, he might be back in Georgia for a couple months.) Just by looking at pictures, Doppler looks like he has hit the weight room pretty hard since hoops got done in March, Kraft has a good body on him as well. Erikson and Bothun will have to really work hard in the weight room, Erikson probably more than Bothun... He really needs to change his body. Hopefully he can do that!

Yes UND takes a TON of time to hire external positions... I'm positive Coach Mal already had 2 people say yes before the interviews were scheduled. It's June 12th... got a lot of time here.

Ok. If anyone on the current roster is going to get the scholarship, it would be Bothun because I'm pretty positive he was guaranteed one next year anyway. More likely outcome is that they hold it through the offseason and see if they can't get in play with someone who can contribute right away. No disrespect to Hong, I'm sure he's a nice player, good kid, great in classroom, awesome teammate, someone who is valuable to the team. If he gets a scholarship, I'm happy for him, just don't think it will be this year.

Maybe because they can either hold that scholly for someone who can contribute, or give it to Bothun or Kraft as they were "PWO's" Hong, I'm sure is a great teammate and a great practice player, if he sticks it out he will get 1 or 2 years on scholarship. (Here comes the "I haven't seen him miss in warmups all year, he's money!!")

New coach at UCM just took that job. Was at Southern Nazarene in Tulsa, so I assume there is a good prior relationship there. Bohac built a monster at SNU the last decade or so in the GAC, his teams were always really, really good. Played at Nebraska, I think.

No, he used his one time transfer, and they were pretty loose with waiver eligibility the year after. Now, "supposedly" they are cracking down on waivers.. we will see.

My guess is he figured out after his 3rd transfer, having not graduated, and just being arrested in Florida, he probably wasn't going to be eligible to play right away.
