More than likely Minot will not make it through 3 east teams to win state. If Red river plays up to their potential they should win state, but South should be tough and Grafton. Bismarck high will end up not doin much since Aide is done.

Both of Red rivers goalies are better than Shane. Shane is decent but to not have Olson or even Rosendahl from Red river on the list is bad.

The state tournament would be a lot stronger if they changed the sections from east-west to north-south. Has this idea ever been brought up? What are peoples thoughts on this?

From what I am hearing Ostenrude and a couple others got hurt in a win against WF a few days ago.

I was at the WF/South game. South had quite a big more shots but the majority of them were not quality. WF did a good job of keeping them in the perimeter especially Wiesgarbers line. Hearing the Minot game didnt surprise me considering Grafton likes to dangle and if you hit them it makes them easier to beat and they were missing one of their top scores to due injury. It will be interesting to see who makes it for the East and if Minot does well at state.

Green Bay lost to Tri-city tonight 3-0. Mario Lamouruex got an assist. That Green Bay team really seems to be struggling.

The bounces really didnt go their way, Prpich got robbed on the one that hit the post and the goalies leg pad, one puck landed on top of the net. In the last 6 minutes they couldnt do anything to score. They had to of outshot DU by at least 10. Overall a good effort put out. Lammy could have had the 2 five hole goals but he still didnt play that bad.

The Moorhead game was one of the best hs games ive seen all year. Moorhead played with alot of intensity. That R.J. Anderson who is going to the gophers didnt really do much. All the Moorhead players got sticks and skates to try out and they can buy them back for cheap or return them at the end of the year.
