What a Joke...an asbolute joke. Wait until the day before the series to suspend him......like what in the hell did they have to do from Sunday-Weds? Ohh wait, I'm sure they had to deal with complaints about the officiating....it all makes sense now....

The WCHA can't suspend Malone today.....no way no how.....You can't wait a day before the series to hand out a suspension. If they were going to suspend Malone they should have done it on Monday or Tuesday so UND could have practiced those days with the knowledge that they wouldn't have him. Thats what they have done in the past, and I would believe will continue to do in the future. I am still feeling bad for the Martin kid. Hopefully he's doing okay. I'm glad that he has no ill will towards Brad for the clean hit.

If Brad Malone gets any sort of long punishment I'm writing a letter to the WCHA requesting that Aaron Marvin be expelled from the league.

Hockey is such a small thing in life when it comes to the big picture of things. This young man has a long journey ahead of him and I'm very hopeful that he is able to live as normal of a life as possible and is able to make a full recovery from this serious injury. I also wonder how Brad Malone is taking this.....it can't be easy for him to know that he caused such a devastating injury.....I know I couldn't handle it.

I'm anxious to see what team shows up the first period. The team that played the first two periods well yesterday, or the team that sat back and got outworked for most of the third period. I think the Denver coaching staff will try and build on that third period and look to put the pressure on right away in the game. I think you'll see the Gregoire-Hextall-Knight line a lot in the first period, as that was the best line last night and Gregoire was easily the best player on the ice last night. I think Eidsness gets the call tonight, but I think a lot of people see that coming.

Thats sad too because I'm sure that UND had some potential recruits visiting this weekend..... Maybe they should take them to the Ralph to watch the hockey game.....

Hopefully the move to the big sky gets more people excited about football. I am interested to see how small attendance was at the game today....yikes...

I think Scanlan said it best. Good WCHA hockey game. Physical, wide open.....the way the game should be played. Not decided by special teams.

I think SCSU will be hit or miss each weekend. Some weekends they'll look like Friday night against Minnesota, and other times they'll look like they looked against Clarkson..... Dell can't give up another soft one. Lets hope the sioux get one on this powerplay and put the pios away.

Gregoire has been the best player on the ice. Really impressive tonight. Those hockey east officials need to watch a tape of this game. I can't tell you who the reffs are because they are staying out of the game....

I'm surprised that Gleason didn't get in with Forbort out.....Gleason could turn into a Fienhage/David Toews, and be on his way out.

I have a feeling that Eidsness gets the nod on Friday night. I'm thinking that regardless of his effort Dell gets the start on Saturday. Its funny that with more publicity this year Eidsness has started poorly......I think we've seen that a time or two before. I think the Freshman tender for Denver will is the big story this weekend. I don't see him playing average....he'll either steal a game or give up a Kangas like six spot.

I hate Gwozdecky because he's constantly in the officials ear the whole game, and sometimes it works.....If you remember the dasher dancing game, the next five or so penalties were called on North Dakota.....He is a psychologist if there ever was one in college hockey.

I think someone said it best. Is it worth making trips like this when this is the type officiating you will get? And this isn't the first time this has happened.
