Not a bad 2nd period for Thome. Uses his size well, no reason to be over aggressive. Our d zone needs to tighten up a bit.

If Simonson is out you start thinking of which d men can play wing on the fourth line. I know Casey Johnson did a time or two last year. Wouldn't mind him with Bowen and Smith on a checking line.
