Luverne could be ahead in this one, they've had some great chances. If Hermantown scores right away in the 3rd on the power play it could snowball a bit. If Luverne gets a kill and some momentum look out. They've got the entire arena behind them.

I agree with the "protect the one seed" logic. But if they sent Denver to Providence I bet they would send Duluth on a bus to Fargo, and send Western to Cincinnati to try and boost attendance.

If EGF wins at least they'll have a day off to prepare for Hermantown. It'll take a good effort from Kober and crew to get past Cathedral. Be tough to go back to back against those teams. Or Luverne could just upset Hermantown......chances.....unlikely.....
