An argument can be made that he's been their most consistent starter the past few weeks. Lefty on the mound for Detroit. I'm looking at big nights from Sano, Cruz, Astudillo, Schoop, Polanco. Get off to a good start tonight and put the game to bed early.

I can understand using Gibby for one inning, but even with a bullpen game looming tomorrow you have enough warm bodies tomorrow to use May, or Graterol, or Duffy in the 8th. Clinch the AL Central first, then use Gibby, Stewart, Hildenberger, Harper to your heart's desire Rocco.

In other news Ned Yost is retiring. God has that man's teams been a pest to the Twins. If I'm them I hire Ron Gardenhire immediately....

I think it depends on when/if the Twins clinch. Could see a few AAA lineups in KC towards the end of the week.

I've never understood relief pitchers that work so slow......every bad pitch or hit the more the tension mounts and you just prolong it.
