Epic has equipment on site of the Old Townhouse hotel downtown. They have a few renderings in their website. Looks like there will be three, seven story buildings with a plaza in the middle. Will be mixed residential and commercial. There doesn’t appear to be a stage like in West Fargo at The Lights. But with HB right across the street, Maybe that’s who they’d use if they decide to hold concerts there. Link to the website: https://epiccompaniesnd.com/properties/the-beacon/

I see that Southern Illinois has added a game against SELA on April 17th. I really wish UND could've found a way to get a game this weekend. Maybe the tried, but I hadn't heard any rumors of them trying.

Western Illinois “opts” out of its two remaining games. Means USD is done for the season also. Getting a bit ridiculous.

If there are playoffs I hope we are in them and we get Nicholls at home
Nichols lost today so they most likely are out of the playoffs.

Did I hear that Weber has suspended the rest of the season?
They are playing a game today. Currently losing at Southern Utah, 9-3, at halftime.

New bmx track coming to GF. Article mentions a children’s museum and athletic facilities could also be a part of the project. Supposed to go up south of south parking lot of the Alerus. Only question I have, will this be done before or after the completion of the Hockey hall of fame and monorail? (Purple)

Apparently the FCS selection committee released a top 10 ranking tonight.

Then expand on it...
Lets just say I might work in a health care facility that has several hundred staff vaccinated. Those staff are tested weekly to a couple times a week. Those who are vaccinated are not testing positive.

Not a medical professional and did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I think that I have also heard what Mama Sue says.
I have read somewhere (but don’t want to go back thru hundreds of articles for a link) that you will test positive after getting the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. This was before the J & J and Astra-Zeneca vaccines, so do not know about those.
If I recall correctly, you are not contagious, however.
This is not accurate.

Any word on UND selling bricks from Memorial Stadium? I would love to have one
I thought they were going to repurpose them for the tunnel that will connect the new building to the HPC/Pollard Center. If that's the case, maybe they salvage the ones that can be repurposed and eventually sell the ones they don't or can't use?

Illinois State opts out. One less game for UND.
Any chance UND looks for another game?

Why change whats working? When you have a team on their heels you keep them there until they stop you. Please expound on NDSUs depth???
Your not wrong. NDSU ran it down our throat and we couldn’t stop it. NDSU played like they their supposed to. Congrats.

You're not close. Any of NDSU's championship teams would have hung 60 on you today.
Your probably right, as I said we were dominated in the trenches today. Still feel like UND is getting close to being a team that can compete in FCS. Never felt that way with any team while in the big sky. NDSU is obviously the class of FCS and MVFC, but we aren’t far off from competing. I feel we are in the next tier below NDSU. But there are a lot of teams that can probably say that.

This game was dominated by the NDSU line on both sides. NDSU had a gut check today and they came through. Feels like ‘91 or ‘92. We are close, but not there yet.

Former conference foe, EWU, up on the Jayhawks by 8pts at the half.

Way too much overthinking on this. As someone else said, caste a new nickel, replacing the Indian head with a Hawk. Simple, easy, keeps tradition.
I know there is not currently a coin like this in circulation, but so what. Maybe the schools can get a commemorative Nickle going and make some money off ot it.

Charlie Creme is basically ESPN's "Joe Lunardi" of WBB. Up until the loss to Omaha, he had the Jacks as a 6-seed for many weeks. The Monday bracketology moved them down to a #9-seed, but still easily in.
USD has been listed as an at-large #10-seed for many weeks, and is now listed as a 10-seed AQ. Recently Creme wrote an article that basically said that if USD doesn't now win the SLT, the Summit would get 3 in. As insane as that sounds, Creme has been doing this for a while.
Personally, I think we wouldn't survive a loss, but who knows?

That's pretty crazy to think the Summit could be a three bid league. Again, I don't follow WBB very closely so I'm not sure if the power conferences dominate the rankings/tournament selection as much as MBB does.
It would be great to get the Men's conference to that level. The only way I see that happening is by displacing mid major such as the MVC. Maybe in time that could happen? Lots of dollars would need to be invested by a majority of the schools though. -
Still, ranked #21 in the country and lose to lower level Summit team in the quarterfinals is pretty crazy. I’d have to think they will still make the tourney but really don’t follow WBB closely enough to know if that loss will keep them out.

Missouri State is on the outside looking in. They take into account the fall season as well. MSU was 0-3 in the fall. They are a bubble team that would need some help.
