Agree with that. However the strength of schedule factor, whatever form that takes, has to favor UND. Eastern school strength (in BC's schedule particularly) not too impressive.
I heard that exchange too. A couple clowns. What killed the WCHA was forming Big 10 hockey without the talent of UND, DU and UMD, and killing the two best rivalries in college hockey (you know what they are).
After the Sioux win at Omaha coupled with BC losing, UND will be #1 in both college hockey polls. Looking good for that #1 seed heading into the Final 16.
Down here in Texas there was a medical expert on TV saying ND had no new Covid cases last week, and that ND may already be at herd immunity. Any truth to that report?
League officials need to sit this dude for 2 or 3 games. That was a gutless cheap shot, delivered to cause injury. If the Sioux face DU again in the playoffs he should have a target on his back.
But they focused on D and gave up only 7 shots on goal the last two periods. I like the ability to do what's needed to win when you're not sharp. I think shaking up the lines tonight caused some confusion.
