Isn't that true? When I think of Sioux basketball, I think of Sioux Women's Basketball. Perhaps it's because I went to school there when they brought home 3 national titles.

According to the WCHA site, Issac Reichmuth made the All-Academic team for the Goofers. Late season trade that no one knew about? Oh wait, correction, he is under UMD's list. They just didn't feel UMD deserved a bold or separate position, as it's streamed in with the Goofers.

What a joke. It's pretty funny that they given Brian Elliott the Goaltending Champion award, yet he only makes the All-WCHA 2nd Team. Where individual honors are nice, I'm sure all of our guys would give up all of them and win a Broadmoor Championship or a NCAA Championship. Go Sioux!

Sitting at work, and I thought I'd better see how all the games came out last night, and I was greeted with the news that the Dawgs beat DU! Great news. Way to help us out Scotty!!! Always looking out for your old school. Should be a great weekend of hockey! I'm definitely ready for it, as I'm sure everyone else is. The win last night should solidify our position for the NCAA Tourny. Sioux playing on St. Patty's day, and will most likely be sporting their green jerseys! Go Sioux! Beat them stinkin' Badgers!

Good strong start for the Sioux, but they kind of slowed down towards the end of the 1st. Need to regain that control and bury a few more in the 2nd.

If it came down to sitting away from friends to watch live Sioux hockey, I would do that every game. Yes, it's more enjoyable when you're with friends, but it's still live Sioux hockey.
