  1. Let's go boys!!!!!!! Score early and often!!!!
  2. Craig Dahl with a great compliment to the Sioux. 'A program that definitely plays with pride. Play for the name on the front of their jerseys, not on the back.'
  3. Alright, enough of the powder puff hockey. Let's get the big boys out and play for the hardware!!
  4. Must be that PCM guy!
  5. Gopher fans have to be frustrated with their team right now, as they appear to be playing with no heart at all. Maybe they'll carry that over into next weekend.
  6. They blocked quite a few shots against us yesterday as well.
  7. More like Rodney Dangerfield in "Back to School."
  8. Okay, it was a 4 on 4 goal, but I'll still blame it on Bozo!
  9. Wisco takes a 2-0 lead off of Bozo's penalty.
  10. Speaking of Bozo!
  11. Bozo??
  12. And that's the reason why the Sioux can sell out an arena when they're having a .500 season, and most other programs will have 1/4 to 1/2 their arena empty. SIOUX PRIDE BABY!
  13. It's been discussed, and if you watch him, you can tell that he's not the smoothest skater. However, his continuous effort makes up for that. He does go down frequently, but he gets right back up really quick.

Ah...not an expert on the HDTVs, but I believe that the channel has to play it in HD for it to work on HDTV. Computer webcasts are definitely not HDTV. Not to burst your bubble or anything, but your recent discovery is rather old news. The larger the screen, the worse the resolution will be, so I don't think the HDTV would make it any better. With that being said, I'm all for guys getting the toys they like, so don't tell your wife anything different, and just play dumb after you already get the TV.
  15. I guess I still think, with a win today, they'll still be the #1 seed overall. Wisconsin definitely won't get it. BU has a chance, but has to get by BC. BU is the better team this year, but it's an inner-city rival game in the playoffs, so throw out the records. Of course, they could give it to Miami. They definitely don't deserve the #1 overall, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised to see the idiots who do the seedings, put them as the #1 overall.
  16. Nice to hear that about the program, and about JPar. I think he is one of the most unrecognized goalies in the country, yet he's definitely been the backbone to this team this year.
  17. I'd agree with you on that. They had one of the weakest final month's of any team in the league. They were suppose to win those games, and they did, but it wasn't because they played stellar. I'm sure most Gopher fans are somewhat glad they lost last night, as it brings back reality to the team. Today's game is probably more important to them than most people think, as it tells them what kind of team they are, and gives them an idea of whether or not they'll have enough chemistry to win the big show.
  18. I thought about that immediately following the St. Cloud win yesterday, and thought to myself, I'm just going to shut my mouth!
  19. In the NCAA Tourny you mean? Hard to say. Game results today could drop CC enough to be out of a bid. It appears that St. Cloud needs the win tonight in order to make the tournament, which I don't like, as that gives them a lot to shoot for, while we've virtually secured our spot. I still think the toughest period for the Sioux will be the 1st, as this will be the period where St. Cloud comes out strong. If we can come out of the first okay, I think we'll be in good position for the remainder of the evening. It's 6:38am, and I'm ready for the game! Only 13 more hours!
  20. They may want to look at Bantams, Midgets, and Pee Wees to make the team better!
  21. St. Cloud moves to #15 in the PWR, so it looks like they still need the win tomorrow to make the tournament. Sioux are at #8 right now. Get the win to assure the #2 seed boys!
  22. IMO, the key will be the first period. St. Cloud will find their legs in that period. They've scored goals in the first half of both games this weekend, so the Sioux need to focus heavy on a good start, and shutting the Huskies down.
  23. Better yet, the Xcel Center was rather quiet.
  24. From that angle, the goalie should have been hugging the post, and he wasn't. Result...puck found it's way in. Weak goal...very weak goal.
  25. No team has ever won the Final Five after playing the play-in game. Let's not make it start tomorrow Sioux! Facing a team with dead legs, take it to them early and often!
