Kudos to Cepis for rubbing off on the team and not the other way around. The way they were carrying themselves before the break I thought a couple weeks in that locker room would eventually doom the young man.

I'd agree. It's likely his status is technically "day to day," and since the hardship rules are structured such that if he's deemed healthy to play AT ANY POINT in the second half he'd be ineligible, my guess is they have to "drag it out" until the season expires. If they declared him out for the remainder of the season for an injury that's technically "day to day" it may not look right.

Heck, he's a Devils fan, and there are a couple guys on that team who've done alright for themselves using UND as a stepping stone.

They also take up more of the net by virtue of bigger and better equipment.
