In no particular order, I would think UND, UMN, DU, and CC will be the top four teams. Does any other team expect to have a good year? Do the Badgers have good players coming in? Do they have a good goalie?

This forum is getting pretty slow, so we need something to talk about. We don't know if any players are leaving early, or if a couple of players will be healthy enough to play next year. The obvious solution here is to make friends with the general public. You can try to work on the relationship between the two groups, become friends with some of them, and then have them bring the alcohol in for you.

The students get strip searched. It wouldn't be so bad if it were done by a hot chick, but it is typically done by a bald guy with anger issues and an inferiority complex.

The arena was not designed for people to be standing anywhere other than the bar. Given this design choice, it is not practical for the students to be standing anywhere in the arena.

Correct, I believe that a four-section student section on the lower level would be full. Students, and any fans in general, are taken away from the atmosphere in the upper level. I don't think it has to be this way, but the atmosphere needs to improve on the lower level before anything great can be expected from the upper level.

You have no facts for this claim. If the seats were a random process, I would agree with you. If they are determined by people waiting in line or seniority for how many games the students have gone to, I strongly disagree.

It is called showing some appreciation for what you have. The students have given up a lot more than the general public has. Yet all I see talked about is the horrible student entitlement problem.

Maybe we need to require new members to go to a meeting.

Who knew? Why bother trying to teach students good techniques for cheering when they will just get upset when the general public does not join in? The general public does not want to learn cheers from students, and the students don't want to be the ones that have to teach them.
