You should probably stick to chasing ambulances. With that said, why shouldn't China be held accountable for this Virus? It came from China. Their leaders were less than forthcoming.

Because it was a catastrophe that everybody had a hand in spreading.   It wasn't like China set off a bomb infecting the world at once.   It spread in steps, with negligence and unpreparedness by countless governments and NGOs propagating the spread.

It originated in China and they should be blamed for their portion.  But using China as a scapegoat to focus blame away from this administrations thorough incompetency seems to be the new talking point on the Right.  "Trump got the Rona, kill China!"

Yea I understand the politics behind it, but the world isn't that black and white.

  2. I'm noticing the 'blame China' talking point is being circulated heavily by the far-right since Trump's diagnosis.  That'll probably be their political angle going forward; another scapegoat to focus blame away from this administrations thorough incompetency.

Just watch, Trump will launch a nuclear strike on China from his underground lair.

Wrong. He went to the Hospital because he is the POTUS and his  doctors advised him to do so because he is POTUS. Not because the symptoms dictated.

He was taken to the hospital once symptoms showed up today.    So yes, symptoms are dictating the situation.  They didn't bother to admit him yesterday.

  4. Biden just wished Trump the best and called for a moment of national unity.   He furthermore is ceasing all negative adds at this time.     The Trump campaign is saying it will not cease negative Biden adds.

Edit:  Didn't realize this took place 4 years to the day.  Oct 2, 2016     What an obnoxious  manchild.    Good to see politicians have the decency to not treat Trump in the same manner he treats others.   The irony of the situation is delicious though.

Turns out that Trump and his enterouge arrived too late for the debate to get testing done beforehand as agreed upon.

Instead, they went on the honor system.

    With Dear Leader????   What honor???

    A holes

Par for the course.  It was only a matter of time before it caught up with Trump.

They're moving him out of an abundance of caution.

If you were a US Navy CDR and MD and the Physician to the President, and they were ill, you too would do the exact same: Move your patient to the best facility out of ... an abundance of caution.

No kidding,  But that doesn't nullify what I said.

Considering they decided take 'precaution' after Trump started showing signs, any potential "I had Covid, it's nothing!" talking point has effectively been nullified.   The optics are awful here.

You are backing yourself into a corner.  So when the most visible 74 year old man in this nation makes it through this with relative ease......what will that say about all of the ridiculous restrictions and overreactions that have occurred since March?

Does he remain wide open at Walter Reed?  Good thing Noem was able to teach him South Dakota social distancing in Duluth!

Trump's potential "I had Covid and it's a nothing burger" talking point just went down the toilet with him being put in the hospital.

This could be Antifa training or a backyard wrestling promo?

That people can't tell the difference illustrates how pathetic and laughable Antifa is.

Certainly not a threat who are gonna 'take over the country'.   They're a convenient scapegoat.

There'd be jerks on the left and the right.

You can't judge an entire group by its worst five percent.

Unfortunately, the President, himself, is in that worst 5% for the right.    Here's Trump's reaction to a political opponent getting sick.

  10. Addition by subtraction.  Many lives will be saved without Trump's MAGA rallies.

Hosting packed indoor events for his own political benefit while forcing attendees to sign release of liability waivers is blatantly unethical practice; not only toward his mindless cult members but also the general populace these idiots are released into afterwards.

You reap what you sow.    Should have listened to Dr. Fauci.

T just shot his other foot off.
Biden coasts to the finish line.

    UNLESS?
If T doesn't make it to Nov. 3rd, does the "Stand By" get on the ticket.

Yep.  This shifts the political debate completely back to Coronavirus.    With the President and 1st lady positive, the virus is now a threat to national security.

T's top fundraiser, is accused of sexually harassing her personal assistant at Fox News

resulting in her departure from the media outlet and an out-of-court settlement of more than $4 million, according to a story published Thursday by The New Yorker.

Guilfoyle, who is dating the president's son, Donald Jr., subjected her assistant "to degrading, abusive, and sexually inappropriate behavior," according to The New Yorker's Jane Mayer, who obtained a 42-page complaint leveled against the former Fox News television personality that reportedly led to her ouster from the network.

Apparently it was FOX News who paid the $4 million to keep the accusation under wraps, they then discretely fired her.

It's no wonder Guilfoyle fits in well with the Trumps.
