You may want to take a look at your own "stewcarrier". Racist slurs, followed by an apology of sorts saying he was just being "funny". I won't copy it because I don't even want to see it posted here: http://www.gvfootball.com/messageBoard/viewtopic.php?t=688 I believe this is your own administrator (is that you?): I hope you give me a good reason to kick you ass... cause I sure as hell will, Calling out someone to get their arse kicked is as juvenile as the posters you dislike. Does appear that you like to talk smack, judging from your posts.

Findlay, then Brown/Wayne State.

US vs. Austria in their first game, December 26.

No info on USA Hockey yet, but YES network (one of Direct TV's sports pak stations) had several on last year. Also offered a free teamline internet audio feed for the US games.

Is the Christmas break still on on Jan9/10 (UAA series)? Thought second semester would have started by then??
-
That would be great. How 'bout the 80 and 82 championship games? I didn't think Smaby was on the WJC roster? USA Hockey doesn't have a roster update yet, still no Stafford. Wonder who isn't going to make it to the tourney?

Interesting comments from Fournier on UND and Blais on Fournier: http://www.insidecollegehockey.com/7Archiv...s/wcha_0215.htm

Doesn't matter if BCS, polls, new 'puter program, whatever, is used. One can make arguments for any two of these three teams being in the NC game. Without playoffs, the BCS is as good (or as bad) as any other system. BTW, KRACH, which is argued to be better than RPI in hockey, would rate USC 7th, due primarily (I assume, I know little about any of the systems) to SOS. Believe the two ranked at the top by the BCS are the same two as KRACH. Would seem that the only way a 'puter programer could get USC into this game would be to rate late season losses more important than early season losses, wide margin losses more important than narrowly losing, throwing out SOS (or making it less important), winning a conference vs. not winning, or combination of these and more. Point is, there is no system that could be created that could properly place the right two teams (of these three) in the NC. Unless, of course, it's the system that places the two teams that YOU think should be in the NC.

One of those 'puters that thinks for itself

You may be right. He will be the number one pick in the next draft.
-
Ovechkin will likely be in the NHL next year. I believe he is too old to play in the 2005 tourney at the Ralph.

Give it a rest, loser
-
Mottau will be on the field all the time, whiffing on wide receivers and running backs this year, no doubt.

Will Hall on the student section: More than an hour before kickoff, North Alabama quarterback Will Hall went to the student section - located behind the Lions' bench - to have a good-natured chat with the students. It all was part of what he called a great environment. "It was a great crowd," Hall said after more than 9,600 Alerus Center fans helped carry UND to a 29-22 win against North Alabama on Saturday in the NCAA Division II semifinals. "It was a great atmosphere. But that's what we expected."

Actually, it was on FSSN. My cable company, for some reason, weanered out on the hookup. After checking with nearby Midco Cable people, I found out it was on, and after several more phone calls, my cable company fixed whatever was broke and FSSN started working just before half time.
-
Hall did not make it in on the UNA touchdown; obvious on the replay. Could well have been called a fumble and Sioux ball. At best UNA would have had to run another play. Good break on the TD. Nice that the Sioux ran off some first downs and time, finally. Tough FG miss, however, 19-9, UNA ball with 11:20 remaining.
-
Sioux D looks a bit worn down, like UNA's did the first half. Offense need to start getting first downs or this lead will not stand.
-
Missed the play making phone calls concerning my cable company. Seems that I'm on complaining about Sioux feeds all the time (dataflix, audio, now cable). Must be where I live

Hard not to given the close games they've been in this year. Especially when it seemed that the NCC was down after the early season NC losses by several teams. Still, it's just a half a game.
-
Glas with a 45 yarder. Except for the missed extra point, he's on target today. 19-3. No big plays for UNA before half. Third down sack with 1:30 left in the half. Maybe more points for the Sioux?
-
If any team qualifies for the Yogiism, "it ain't over 'till it's over", this is the one. Nice that the defense is dominating so far, hope they keep it up.

Did find out those with Midcontinent have it. Our FSSN feed was added by NCC at RAy. Hockey was on last night, football is not today. Don't know if it's a matter of flipping a switch or what. At any rate, lots of calls going in to NCC from here, they may not get the messages until MOnday, however. Still hoping for the second half Cali, only those in cold climates are allowed to watch this stuff

Anyone watching on FSSN? Supposed to be on in NWND, but still is not
