  1. For those with KU band systems, game 3 of the Miami/N. Michigan series is on ONN, 74W, 11734-H 6616, starting at 6PM. Don't believe any other game 3 is on anywhere, none on the Fox Sport Nets.
  2. It seems that there is a good chance the game will be loser out. It may still take another win for that team to make the tourney, but losing the play-in could well be season ending.
  3. What video/audio outputs are you using on the traxis? You may have the wrong one selected in the system setup/TV System menu. Can you see any channels on any satellite?
  4. Did you scan in anything on that tp? THe actual FSSN tp is 12187 V 4880. Try changing the freq. and sr a few points either way and see if you get a signal.
  5. THat one is not live tonight. Try this one; 12050 V 13354 Stations include: $LETN, $KETN, $HSTN, $LTCN, all scrambled, but audio is there Also, several Occasional Use channels with test screens. There are other stations, but nothing on here is in the clear tonight, but transponder is putting out lots of power.
  6. Did MG take a puck in the forehead last night?
  7. Following that win, the gophers were swept by 4 WCHA teams. "almost everyone" must include the other 5 WCHA teams, then?
  8. Except, the "but" that follows cancels the first 7 words, followed by the dissertation that "everybody does it".
  9. Having watched the second period. were you upset that you climbed on your roof? Now, the question is, will this weekend's Tech series remain on 121W, go back to 91W, or somewhere else. Last season, when the REA changed satellites for the road Duluth series, the games stayed there for the rest of the season.
  10. Marto
  11. Got to love the "everyone does it" argument
  12. One win and the skippies are again foaming at the mouth (aka keyboard).
  13. Just where does that come into pairwise, speaking of no mind.
  14. Unbelievable. UMD may have played their way out of the NCAA's.
  15. I agree with jk; Sioux played well except for 2 2nd period power plays, 4 oddman rushes resulting in 2 goals. THey were certainly going hard for most of the game. Wisco played a solid game, and Connelly was sharp.
  16. Sioux played very good period; Connelly was sharp. Looks like the Badgers will try to rough it up tonight.
  17. Good grief; Badgers cross checked, tackled, jumped on Sioux in front of the net, and roughed them up big time in front of Connelly during the 5 minute PP. It was bound to get chippy played that way right from the start.
  18. Intensity means little; the quality is what you want to raise, The pointing channel should be in the high 70s. If you have a motor, go into the usals menu and start bumping the motor several clicks west or east(arrow down to movement in the USALS screen, when there use the left and right arrows to go east or west, note the screen shows which direction you're going with each click). You should see that quality rise; use the game tp. The feed powered up about 5 minutes ago. BTW, click into the USALS menu in the antenna setup screen. Once you determine which direction and how many clicks you have to go, change the satellite longitude in the USALS menu to force the dish in the direction where you're getting more quality. Intensity probably won't change, but worry about the quality only.
  19. Not a traxis? 70 is very good on the traxis, but the slight turn west added 9 more points to my quality on dish, and 25-30 more on the game channel. I've never seen anything like it on any other satellite;very strange.
  20. Don't know if it will help, but, if you're motorized, I had to set the satellite position to 122.2W in USALS to get the signal strength up to 70 (mid 40's prior to the change), it was very low to begin with, even though I had 70 on the dish pointing channel prior to the Sioux game powering up. After the change the dishnetwork channel was up to 79, and the Sioux game, 70.
  21. This site has game time at 8, but on last night's telecast they said 7 tonight. What's right?
  22. Strong signal, good video and audio on my system.
  23. You are manually pointing then. Yes, you'll have to turn the lnb a bit to line up with the dish. Camera on the arena ice is up now.
  24. I was low also (45) on the traxis, but some fine tuning got me to 71. Do you have a traxis?
  25. Lots of stuff on 119, although all are scrambled dish channels. Can also find things on 110 (a few FTA), check out the tp's in lyngsat. Note the "pink" sats are C band only. Also lots of FTA at 123W You should be able to fool the fortec receiver into pointing a bit further east or west if your azimuth is a bit off. I do it on the traxis in the antenna setup/usals menu. Change, for instance, the satellite location of 121.0W @ to 121.5W to move it a bit further west, or to 120.5W to get it to move a bit further east. You can bump east or west in the usals menu to see what to do. I'd guess something similar is also in the fortec's menu. There is value to living on the bald open prairie
