The way schmaltz played last night it would have been a dream if him and jost were our top 2 centers. Wouldn't even be fair... Looks like he's starting to get his confidence at the next level good to see.

The way they played saturday against western michigan is a recipe for winning in playoffs. That was hard nosed hockey and eventually the goals will start going in. If the team plays that hard in the playoffs it's going to be tough for any opposing team. In all reality Sioux dominated that game and they need to bring that mentality for this UNO series.

They'd be able to make a run IF they can get into the tournament that's the first priority and then we can start talking about them making an actual run. We just need the team to stay healthy as well with this late in the year. Any loss to injury is a major setback for this team at this point.

You hit it right on the head Yzerman they are really good. Their captain came in clutch with that goal and I believe he blocked 2 shots that were grade A chances for us in the final minutes that sealed the game.

I agree with you I'm just saying defensively in general all our defenseman need to be better in front of the net. Be bullies and it'll make it that much easier for Cam or whoever's starting

Our defensemen also need to do a better job at picking up sticks and bodies in front of Cam. Can't lose those battles in close games it's vital.

We need to come out buzzing right from the drop of the puck tomorrow if we want to win. If you compare teams though this Western Michigan team is experienced with a lot of veteran guys. Tough rink to play in and they bring the pyschicality as well.. They're a big team with skill and can skate and it showed tonight they just wore us down... Would be a huge win tomorrow and I think we can pull it off
