I honestly don't know what he was recruited at but he is in my opinion one of the top 10 to 15 running backs in the nation why eve think about screwing with that I know JJ may be good but you know what you have in Santiago a flat out stud that would start dam near anywhere

my question is to some people on here that want to move Santiago in my opinion you are crazy that kid is a all American talent and move him to the slot because of what you might get in JJ but with him and the other 2 running backs you have you can have a hell of a power running game I was up there this year for a 2 games and it was the first tome since muss was there and WOW what a difference and with adding JJ if he turns out to be a good player the rest of the big sky is in trouble.

HOnestly the bison sioux rivalry should of still gone on, because according to some of your coaches up north there is not a big difference between d2 and d1aa so i just dont understand why at the time ndsu proposed continuing the games UND said nononono seeing as everyone in the state could see that UND would be stung huge in the football budget being that they cant even sell out a playoff game.I hate to say it but the one person in the whole mess that made sense was gene'o roebuck. as for the last post who cares about budgets just play the dam games, i dont think either school wants to see where all the money comes from i think that there might be some fuzzy math on both ends.

The one easy way to solve this is to play it out on the court so your people and UND talk to our people at ndsu and lets get the game done.

YOU KNOW what i am a big bison fan but have really noticed on this site that the sicatoka is really down on NDSU more than anyone else and i just would like to know why. It seems others on here are big sioux fans but have decent thinga to say about ndsu or dont say a lot at all and i know that on our site there is one guy the same way and to be honest he is a moron in his thinking. I am proud of ndsu and the way they have gone about things and wish UND would have gone to but it just did not happen, can UND and Grand forks support a full out d1 programs i dont know and thatis not a shot at UND its just ndsu has a bigger local base to draw from thats just as fact nor fluff there or bias just facts and if UND soes go i hope theya succeed and we can get that nickel back in play. have a nice day

i HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH INTO THIS ABOUT MONEY LOSS AND D1 HOCKEY BEING THAT I AM HEARING THAT A LOT ON HERE.NDSU AND UND WILL LOSE MONEY THIS YEAR AND UNDS WILL BE QUITE A BIT MOREBUT IT IS MOSTLY BECAUSE OF WOMENS HOCKEY AND THAT IS ALSO ONE OF THE REASONS NDSU WILL NEVER HAVE D1 HOCKEY IS BECAUSE OF TITLE NINE AND WE HAVE ALL SEEN WHAT IT DID TO SOME UND MENS PROGRAMS AND NDSU DOES NOT WANT TO GO DOWN THAT ROUTE AGAIN.

adding club hockey is very cheap compared to d1 hockey and ndsu always had club hockey up to about 4-5 yrs ago. so its not a big deal and if it leads to d1 hockey in like 20 yrs so be it if not who cares its just adding a sport nonscholarship and not really funded a whole lot.i just dont understand how adding club hockey being this has been in the plans for a while automatically means that ndsu is lookin at d1 hockey right away just because of the big sky not working out. i just dont understand???

thats a great idea but if they would do this they should do it asap, i was listening and reading local and national sports stories and they have all sadi on the d2 issue is that there could be up to 20-30 schools trying to go d1aa if this scholarship redux happens.

i just cant buy anything that the big sky big wigs are sayin i think there is alot more to this then just geography.my one and only question is how can they want to be the number 1 d1aa conference in football yet they have sac state and portland who for all purposes suck they dont draw anybody at all if i remember right there total combined per game attendence average was less the ndsu and unds. to me it would make sense to take (perfect world) unc, sdsu, ndsu and yes UND if they are willing to commit drop portland and sac state. for god sac sac state had under 700 fans avergae for there first bball games. tell me what you all think thank you

i was just wondering if UND goes to the big sky would they have to lose there sioux nickname did not the sky have some big stink about that and made all there teams lose there indian style nicknames, not a shot at UND just askin.
