He's back in GF, not playing for anyone, rumor has it that he was traded, but refused to go to the new team, he had a girlfriend in sioux falls and was going to stay with her, but they broke up, glad he was looking out for his hockey future. I understand what people say about the WHL, and the new rules, but remember UND has a pretty good track record with SSM, and I remember in a article last year that UND was like the #1 or 2 place to go for NHL talent amongst the college ranks, if this kid does come to college I would have to believe that UND is right in the thick of it to land him. I heard on the six o'clock news tonight that Matt Moreland signed with the FM Jets, they said that Coach Hakstol wanted to get more experience to help with his development. They also stated that Matt could possibly be in the lineup for the Jets this weekend. Siouxhockey5

I was lucky enough to be able to attend both games in Duluth this year, and let me tell you that it is loud in there, it is a small rink, but the student section is very involved. I didnt receive any greif for wearing my sioux stuff, that I didnt deserve. It also helps when UND sweeps a HUGE series like that one. Plus there are a lot of bars close to the rink, so it is a good time before and after the games as well. SiouxHockey5

Well I have never predicted lines before, but I would maybe like to see these: 1) Bo - Zajac - Murray 2) Porter - Genoway - Stafford 3) Prpich - McMahon - Fylling 4) Massen - Spirko - Kaip I like Spirko down on the fourth until he adjusts to the speed, and players size in the WCHA. After that, who knows where he will fit into things. Like you have all said, lots of talent and potential, and I love our checking line, I would put them up against anyone in the NCAA. SiouxHockey5

As always, I love to see players from the WCHA do well in the NHL or even minor league hockey for that matter. Look at Travis Roche, as much as I would love him to get his chance in the NHL, he still does extremely well playing for the aeros. By the way did u guys see that the wild signed Brian Rolston, good pick up. SiouxHockey 5
