  8. http://www.hockeysfuture.com/articles/9436 looking at their wcha ncaa prospects, they have a very bright future!! many hockey east notables as well sioux-toews,porter badgers-ford,dowell,skille,burish cc tigers- mcculloch Chris Porter, C Senior, University of North Dakota Drafted: 2003 (ninth round, 282nd overall) He may be one of the least-known players outside of the Grand Forks community, but the contributions that Chris Porter has made to the team have been crucial to its success, particularly this season. He is one of the three seniors on a predominantly young Fighting Sioux team. Porter has established himself as a hard-hitting support player but now in his final year, his game has come full circle with strong leadership and the various aspects of his game all coming together. Throughout his career, Porter has demonstrated a knack for scoring timely goals and this season is no different. Thus far, Porter has 17 points (five goals, 12 assists). Of his five goals, two are game-winners and one is a game-tying goal. He also holds the distinction of being NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Iron Man. To date, Porter has never missed a game in his collegiate career, playing in 160 consecutive games. The Thunder Bay, ON native's physical style combined with his great skating and cannon-like shot are attributes that have served him quite well at the collegiate level. While it isn't likely that he'll become a high-scoring forward, he could become a reliable, contributing support player. For Porter, being able to keep things simple will be one of the keys to being successful at the next level. "Chris is not going to be effective when he starts playing a little too fancy and instead of just playing that power game,

  10. sh#% happens, sucks but hopefully they will just take care of their fines and move on. this can happen anytime, the right i mean wrong person just has to be around and want to do it, thats why you have to be careful. these guys are high profile to begin with so i can see this happening anywhere. cant wait for the 2 games this weekend!!
  11. cant stand BU or BC, all i care is if we can move a bit in a pairwise with these games, besides that.....i guess thats it GO SMAAAT KIDS FROM HAAAAAVAD!!!
  12. bo is a good player parise is better all around, no matter what team parise is on he will be a top 2 line guy, hopefully bo will stick up in the show in b-town

  14. i say we win 6 of 8 down the stretch and get to the final 5 as a 4 seed, 3 seed if we are lucky, hell you never know. we are nice in the pairwise right now but one BAD loss and it could hurt us badly, keep it up sioux!!

  21. you are funny, you should worry about uaa and not losing 3 in a row, bina screwed up and should pay for what he did if thats the case, not sugarcoating it at all.....momentum being ruined
  22. bina is a friken idiot if he did open the door to the cop car to try to let them out, probation from a dui then this wont help, oshie and toews will be fine, doesnt sound good for bina....jail or not, probably not the smartest move and this wont effect team chemistry, thats funny, sh#$ happens, move on..............
