i see what your saying but lets call it as it is, they won last years NC$$ title and have had very good teams over the years. top wcha team. great class for them coming in the next couple years but we will be just as good when it comes down to it.

the blackhawks are loaded with great NC$$ talent for the near future. i think they have 5 or 6 solid wcha prospects and a few good ccha and hockey east as well. will be a team of the future to watch

no prob. next season im gonna work on my site making it interactive to pick your rosters and have the rosters lock at a certain time each friday. not sure how to do this as im very new with website design but will work on it. this will cut down on hours of work for sure and make it easier for players to switch players or defenses if need be. good luck to the remaining 4 sioux fans! i guess i can flush the kessel and wheeler autos down the toilet along with the irmen and ballard pucks since cavedurtis is out and only sioux fans remain

umd played a style has worked to their advantage this weekend for sure. they trapped and it helped to get them 1 point and kept both games very very close. i had no problem with the refs at all. let them play. raymond is a player but didnt get 1 point this last weekend. sioux played great d with a shutout. umd will be tough in the 1st round. hopefully you get the gophs and play them hard.

for the most part it seems we get on officials for calling everything and that slows the game down a lot. i have no problem when the refs dont call many penalties unless its very obvious of course. i would much rather see a free flowing wcha game rather that a whistle being blown every 2 minutes. its a double edged sword really. call to many and we complain, call just a few and its the same. not a easy job but the wcha does have a crop of crappy azz refs starting with that fool don adam and a few to follow. i say let them play and the zebras can stay off TV and sorry but i do not see the wcha refs as let em play refs by any means. maybe compared to other conferences but i dont buy that. and the better team will prevail in the ncaa playoffs no matter who refs the games and that will be a wcha team as well at least they have the last 6 of 7 seasons damn you krys kalanos

VS OK, this is what you call a HUGE series. The sioux are 1 spot behind du in the pairwise and the sioux have battled their way back into a possible top 3 position in the WCHA with 3 or 4 points in denver. The sioux are 1 point behind in the wcha standings for 3rd place and 4 points behind scsu for 2nd With 2 series left and both on the road, a split is a must at worst. We are a better road team than home team for who knows what reason so hope the sioux can keep the 11 game unbeaten streak (8-0-3) going in denver.
