  3. WHATEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR and if i tie my shoe right foot first, if pcm doesnt go to the final 5 nevermnd, i mean if pcm doesnt drink a beer friday afternoon, if diggler shows up without his cape, if mafiaman forgets the jerseys for the poi vs ss game and if sioux cia and sioux mama pass out drunk before the sioux game, oh and if hockey mom forgets her little one at home then we may not get in the tourney, and if redwing blames a game on Lee we are for sure going home golfing SIOUX 5 SCSU 3 game set match
  4. Jon (Minneapolis): Does the fact that Ryan Duncan's success has coincided with North Dakota's run since Christmas will help his chances? Dave Starman: North Dakota's run since Christmas has coincided with the rest of the team playing as well as Duncan! Todd D. Milewski: I think Duncan has a great chance because people are seeing how good a team North Dakota can be. A lot of coaches and scouts have raved to me about how Toews and Oshie have come along recently, but Duncan has been there all season. Elliot Olshansky: Duncan has done a fantastic job for North Dakota, but I have to echo a point Adam Wodon raised last week: he didn't have any real campaign behind him until recently...Toews and Oshie were supposed to be "the guys." I think his big run has done more to put him in position for next year then get him to win this year. Dave Starman: Ryan has been consistent, scored in big games, scored on the road, played every role needed, and has fit on a line that has two first round picks on it and been the glue that has held the #1 line together through Toews being away at the WJC and Oshie playing with a bad hand. Lamoureux being healthy and Bina's improved play, as well as a good supporting cast show just how good Duncan was while everyone else got into a groove. Henry (Maple Grove, MN): Asking for a prediction here: Will the WCHA POY also finish the highest among WCHA players in the Hobey Baker race? Todd D. Milewski: I voted for Ryan Duncan for WCHA player of the year, but I'm not completely convinced yet I'm in the majority. But I think he's the WCHA's best candidate for Hobey, based on an entire year of work. So for a prediction, I'll say yes. Dave Starman: Word for word, I'm with Todd. Elliot Olshansky: If I were voting for WCHA Player of the Year, I would probably go for Bobby Goepfert, because he's the single most important player to the team's success, and there's been an awful lot of success for the Huskies this year. That said, I think Duncan would be the guy with the best Hobey chances. Todd D. Milewski: Then we get into a discussion about best player vs. most valuable. I think the award is for the best player, and, to me, that's Duncan. Dave Starman: More pressure on NoDak to be good on a national level than St. Cloud. Elliot Olshansky: Well, North Dakota had everybody back when they made their run, right? Dave Starman: Yes, but they made a run because they were hanging around and Duncan is one of the reasons they were in striking distance to make a run. Elliot Olshansky: Something tells me we could spend an hour debating Duncan vs. Goepfert...but we won't.
  5. flying in late wednesday..have 2 tix in section 123 row 10 if anyones around that area and 2 in club section c-1. will be flying high with some buds fro bemidji....6 wins in a row for #8.....
  6. Most Valuable Player Small enough to fit in your back pocket, North Dakota left wing Ryan Duncan stands as the biggest reason why the Fighting Sioux have a fighting chance in the tournament. The 5-foot-6, 158-pounder has 27 goals and 22 assists to rank fifth in the nation in scoring. If the Sioux are able to make a run for the title, the Hobey Baker Award may be in reach of this redheaded Calgary native.
  7. i agree sccc hasnt ben playing nearly as good as they were ealrier in the year, they are 4-3-3 in the last 10, not to great....so lets jump on early and kick some husky azz

  16. that is crazy but they did suck the big one down the stretch so have fun at home clowns from du and punkabich...
  17. only upper level remain for pairs of tix to single games, and those will go very very fast now with the field the f-5 had...
  18. man, i think the WCHA will only get 3 teams in the tourney with sioux, gophers and st cloud. du and cc i think are done and obviously uw and tech need to win the final 5 to get in, well maybe tech can sneak in but it would take a lot i think...we had 5 as a lock just a few weeks ago, crazy what a few weeks can do.
  19. go with mafia mans green pizz factory jerseys and have a few bring extra green jerseys as he said he had 13, GO GREEN
  20. #1 #2 #3 #6 #7 BRING IT ON........Best college hockey tourney out there! GO SIOUX THURSDAY PLAY IN GAME - MICHIGAN TECH vs WISCONSIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON GAME - SIOUX vs ST. CLOUD FRIDAY NIGHT GAME - GOPHERS vs MICHIGAN TECH / WISCONSIN I want SIOUX vs GOPHERS in the FINAL but i will predict SIOUX vs BADGERS being realistic on how teams are playing. BADGERS over TECH in play in game very low scoring. SIOUX beat SCSU in a uptempo high scoring game. BADGERS nip GOPHERS in a 1 goal game due to Brian Elliot. ST. CLOUD over GOPHERS in 3rd place game (enough said http://forum.siouxsports.com/uploads/emoticons/default_biggrin.png' alt=':D'> ) and SIOUX with a overtime win over BADGERS to capture 2nd WCHA TOURNEY TITLE........
  21. i have the wcha thread already done for ya waiting to be submitted, just need to plug the last 2 teams in.....hope these end shortly....
  22. st cloud hasnt beat us, im not worried about anyone...the only thing that scares me is ELLIOT
  23. TECH finished higher
