every season there is usually different incentives for pretty much every player in the league....it will change year to year.

like so many goals, points, rookie of the year award finish in voting, playoff points if made and so forth...it can be loaded big time

all rookie contarcts are the same if you get the max, the incentives will be different obviously being a forward
