thats a good thing for them, bring back the daniel boone looking MOFO
-
not even gona go there alomost did
-
im guessing frattin, trupp or vaden velde. frattin could end up being a hell of a player! drop the friken puck
-
im sure hak will do what he feels is best. if thats rolling oshie, duncan and (insert) on one line then so be it. watkins hasnt proved anything to be on the top line. he and kozek have to step up as upperclassemen now. 10 points each isnt gona cut it. i guess we will know soon on how things play out. we do have question marks in kozek, watkins and miller. the freshman are what they are. there may be a suprise player out of the bunch in trupp or frattin. in hak we trust!!
-
they could have one of the best classes and lines in the country from a couple years back. if they put those players together they can try to run off 1 great line and see what happens. i see them middle of the pack 4 or 5 in the wcha and cant stand gwoz the dasher dancer
-
yes, i agreee totally they are meaningless in ALL sports really but of course we have to talk about it
-
not a bad test playing mich st and bc right off the bat. i love the way the sioux schedule. it only will help down the road!! then throw in new hampshire top 6 as well. lets take it to mich state as they wont be nearly as good as last season so lets make a statement!

speaking of a current wcha team hope this is true, probably one of the worst logos that were around http://blogs.denverpost.com/sports/2007/09...awk-love-at-du/ who does that, well lets see..............we are the pioneers so lets have a fugly hawk logo that nobody can identify. strange story

TSN NHL PREVIEWS and any former sioux mentions blackhawks http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=11193 Jonathan Toews, who has drawn comparisons to Hall of Fame centre Bryan Trottier, is ready for full-time duty and could put up 60 to 70 points if he gets enough playing time. oilers http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=11197 06/07 PIM Leader: Matt Greene - 109 hurricanes http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=11191 06/07 PIM Leader: Mike Commodore - 113 sabres http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=11189 They missed key players like Maxim Afinogenov, Paul Gaustad, Ales Kotalik and Tim Connolly for stretches, and didn't miss a beat when youngsters like Drew Stafford and Dan Paille contributed. Young And Restless: All signs point to Paille and Stafford getting full-time duty with the Sabres this season. maple leafs http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=11185 The final component was a linemate for Sundin, and the Leafs forked out a five-year, $20 million contract for 40-goal scorer Jason Blake. devils http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=11202 06/07 Goals Leader: Zach Parise - 31 Nine players finished with double digits in goals, while youngsters Zach Parise (62 points in his sophomore year) and Travis Zajac (42 points in his rookie season) did not look out of place. Lamoreillo moved quickly to fill the void, signing big centre Dainius Zubrus and defencemen Vitali Vishnevski and Karel Rachunek. He was also able to lock up Parise - a restricted free agent - with a four-year contract.

kelly zajac off to a nice start. tied for 11th in scoring in the bchl through only 6 games played for him while others have 8,9,10 games or so http://www.bchl.bc.ca/leagues/stats_hockey...3&link=BCHL hunter bishop, i know. former sioux also up there
-
that guy will also be good for BO, they will be solid on a line
-
most games will be very well attended through the year. we always have one of the top 2 attendance figures after wisconsin with that arena!! great fans up in grand forks and the area!! the UNH games will still be very well attended as its UNH, a very good hockey east program! but it will hurt a bit atmosphere wise without all the students of course

well now you knw where it is
-
seems like the last former sioux who is hanging on for a potential roster spot is matt smaby ryan bayda was placed on waivers last week and cleared and found this quote from a carolina coach
-
i know what you are getting at TNT but im not sure why the lee bashing as some call it has anything to do with lapoint. he isnt lee. similar style is about it and we dont know that until we see lapoint play this year. lapoint wasnt a top first round draft pick and wasnt minnesota mr hockey. now thats crazy expectations as we all could agree. from what i can remember lee has been one player that took heat from his on ice play and thats about it. right or wrong hes gone. very excited to see him play
-
he had a very good camp and may be the first d man call up if need be. i look for him to make a real run at a job next season as that seems to be the norm for d men anyways.

DS: What has it been like having Jonathan as your brother, how do you deal with the expecations on you to be as successful as he is and is there a rivalry between you two? DT:
