According to Hirsch on Sunday, "I have neither verbally committed to or signed anything resembling a contract with the Minnesota Wild or their minor-league affiliates. for sure, just stating its a pre season game and never as a fan like to get too high or too low on anything and phil did play like crap for sure. i saw it just as everyone else. i just believe in phil and what he has shown us, thats all

yeah phils a nobody goalie who didnt help take the sioux to the frozen 4 last year nd put up very good numbers. he will be fine. if not then you move to the next option but until then and i dont think there will be a :then: its phils team

exactly. it would be between him and lapoint and i see lapoint playing a lot. marto may have to wait his turn barring injury. i think he understood that as well judging his comments coming in as he knows how deep this D group is. he may get some starts here and there but next saturday we will find out who gets the nod at D vs a real team which means something.
