  1. yeah if anyone took mccolluch which they didnt the contest would be over with his hatty last night. lasch had 2 goals being the top offensive player friday night and nodl and bruess had good games with 1 goal and 1 assist each. 5 teams gave up 1 goal = 4 points for those defenses.
  2. the gophers are a bunch of wussies this season and it shows in many games ive seen of them. hit and run away...............bickel even flipped off finley at the ralph in december and then wouldnt go near fnley after that. halarious team. keep up with the 1 point weekends, as the jeffersons would say..MOVIN ON UP, MOVIN ON UP

  17. anyone with any pairwise depth know if a sweep either way with miami/michigan can help the sioux in the pairiwse? just curious. thanks.
  18. could be but who knows. i also could be way off on my post as well and he could have bolted for some wierd reason but who knows. just seems like a strange situation overall and i guess i couldnt care less , juts a interesting situation on a off week for the sioux
  19. for sure and for anyone comparing this to the okposo situation well there is no comparison other than hes gone. KO was a top draft pick and squirmed his way out of town using garth snow and bolting because he wasnt happy. from all sounds of the trotter situation something happened with school im guessing and had no choice but to persue his pro career. hes a undrafted free agent and so found a team that probably has been interested in him from the time he stepped onto du campus and signed with them. this smells nothing like he just got up and quit on his team, he may have did something to cause it all to happen but nothing like the garth/ko saga. bottom line is that du is now without their top scoring forward and a hell of a college player. big loss for them for the stretch run.
  20. once i get the last entry fom cilmber 78 i will post all lineups here and on my site and they will be locked for the weekend. this is single elimination in until we get down to the final 4 then you are guarenteed the semifinals and the finals or the 3rd place game.
  21. any recruiting news on landman or nelson from roseau usa hockey? thanks
  22. You're heading to the University of North Dakota in the fall of 2008. Red Deer owns yours WHL rights. Was that something that was ever on the radar, or was college always your #1 choice to continue playing? BE: Well, in Western Canada the WHL is much more recognizable than College Hockey. I think I definitely considered the WHL route but after really sitting down with my parents and discussing what the possibilities were we decided that the college route was the option for me. First of all my parents have always stressed education and I personally believe that it is very important as well. Hockey can only last so long and a university degree is a great option to fall back onto. The other thing was development. It is a known fact that goalies take longer to develop and we believed that college hockey would give me the best shot at developing. It takes a long time to mature as a goalie and we believed there was no better league than the WCHA to do that in. Can you tell me about your first visit to Grand Forks? The Ralph is truly an amazing spectacle. BE: I
