First time at Lawson. Such a great atmosphere. Super fun. The Lunatics were great. Quite a few UND fans in attendance.

Does anyone know if Western will be on Christmas break this weekend? It's a better atmosphere with a packed student section. @ubish, any insight?

One of my wishes for the season was to see those two assert themselves as power forwards, playing with some controlled fury. That hasn't happened. Maybe that's just not their game, despite their size.

Because almost no one wants a jersey with the current nickname.

Western Michigan over Northeastern 6-4 Northeastern's uber-goalie Devon Levi gave up 5 goals to WMU (there must have been an empty-netter).

It's time to see how Kleven and Frisch do when not paired with each other.

It was awesome. For my money, the '86-87 team was the single best college hockey team ever.

Minnesota over Michigan 5-2 The game was on the Big10 Network, and Ben Holden had the play by play. It was good to hear Holden again. He's so good, loves college hockey.

Don't forget Ashton Calder, now with Penn State. We could really use that guy.
