Ahhhh and so goes the priority of ambulance chasing.

Just don't know what to make of the daily testing data reported. Daughter was tested 10 days ago and told 24-72 hours for results. Still nothing and she is getting the DOH run around and still not allowed to return to work. Same thing happened to a friend a month ago but he went back to work after quarantining 10 days. Day 12 he got word his test was negative. Not a conspiracy theorist but is the DOH delaying test results to force quarantines? Have others experienced this who were tested? How do they count these 2 examples in the daily #s?

TGIF.......So excited for our hockey tonight. Ummmm, decisions, decisions.....Watch vs Wreck or Ugly Helmets?

Used to regard your posts as rather thought provoking but this is mean to this older, withering senior citizen. Learned from Oprah years ago, "When somebody shows you who they are, believe them."

Blackheart, you should be on the cover of Time as Man of the year. We have been attending and/or watching Sioux hockey for 40+ years. Since March we have been devoting every Friday night to watching the games you've posted. Still embarrassed by our behavior at the "time out" game with our family (all goof fans). Went down 3-0 and we acted like babies going to the club level bar to drink away our sorrows. Family pissed as we said our boys had been battling the flu......which they had been. Hated Frank but loved Wooger as his color guy. RIP Seeing the glimpse of young asst coach Blais celebrate in Providence 1982 was awesome. Knew the Gasparinis some from Tootsie teaching Health at Central and Gino Golf 1 at UND. Had fun revisiting the memories with Gino at the St Paul Hotel following the 2012 Championship game vs the Daniel Boones'. Thanks again for the memories!!!!!!

I am a responsible senior citizen with extreme claustrophobia. The thought of wearing a mask is troubling but I gave it a try entering the grocery store. Couldn't do it especially after my glasses fogged up making matters worse. Now I go get groceries during low traffic hours without a mask.

Feeling fortunate that my grandson has continued to attend preschool with all his friends and his parents continue to work (1 @ home) in the FM area. There have been no issues with staff or families served at the preschool/daycare this whole time other than the occasional typical sick days. Knock on wood, hope this wasn't a KOD, but still, the staff and families there are so far not buying in to all the hype.

Go vote all for Kawahobey who is leading the top 10 finalists with 25%. Cornell dude close at 24% followed by Perunovich.

Agreed. Emptied our bucket lists attending the 2016 Natty win so what the heck. Thelma and Louise we will be.
-
No hockey to watch and we're retired seniors with underlying health conditions. Bingo tonight?

Ummm, no, the ultimate definition and spelling is.....!@#!$! and its variants are pejorative terms referring to an arrogant, obnoxious, or despicable person. LOL

The 2000 tix to the Wildhorse Saloon on Friday night are sold out. UND booked the entire venue as I understand. The free Saturday pre-game party will be nuts.
-
If you have the money, Stubhub and Vivid seats have tix available. Heard Craigslist & Ebay as well (jerks).

Hotel is $190/night, Charter flight is $700, in my experiences, a bargain for the hassle free efficiency and convenience.
-
A couple miles from arena but they have a complimentary shuttle service that runs every half hour to all the Nashville hot spots.
-
Al Pearson's daughter has arranged 1 charter plane (and maybe a 2nd) leaving GF Wed @ 11 returning Sun @ 4. $1400 for hotel & flight, $500 down payment to reserve a spot due ASAP. Remainder due in Aug.

8 in our group in 106 + Wildhorse tix

North Dakota vs. Minnesota in Las Vegas - October 2018
thUNDer replied to fargosioux's topic in Men's Hockey
Know of some staying at Treasure Island because of the best value. The daily resort fees are a killer anywhere you stay, including the Orleans. -

The Orleans has a complimentary shuttle that runs every 1/2 hr back and forth from the strip. I believe pick up/drop off is at the High Roller/Harrah's which is near the Linq. Orleans' guests have priority to board but it is for anyone should you wish to attend the sponsored tailgate parties on Fri and Sat. -

Our tickets say $79. Any suggestions where we should go watch the Vikes vs Saints game Sunday night while in Vegas? -
McAlpine apparently is the 2nd to be offered MN asst coach and declined even though Hammy of GPL fame said it was a done deal. Fake news.
-
Pearson bus still has availability to Madtown. Ride/tix/refreshments $190pp. Fun times! Staying at LaQuinta $96/night.
-
Exactly, plus UND and Denver were already in the NCAA. Their compete level at the Frozen Faceoff was no where near their compete level in the Frozen Four.

The push is definitely on with the NCHC fan bases and college hockey junkie attendees in general. Apparently sales are down and game tix and hotel rooms in MSP will be plentiful come March. The League is going to be so screwed if (perish the thought) the good guys in green stay away.
