Of course, I am a little torked off right now, but at this point I only care about the Sioux and where they are going or sadly were they are not going.

What is there to say? Don't show up, you will not win in the WCHA - the Mavs deserved to win as they beat the Sioux all over the ice. If you disagree, take your green shades off. Disappointed in Jordy as it was a weak goal. Make any excuse you want but the boys need to find a way to win at this point in the in the year. Flame away....

Thanks for the information. I received an e-mail via a USCHO posting that I made where the gentlemen wanted $ 300 for two tickets for the package. Sounds like a good deal to me.....

Does anyone know what the face value is for the Frozen four tickets? Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to negotaite a deal to buy some.

After reading that it really does not matter if your a Rider or a Bruin as there are so many more important things in life. I wish this young man the very best. Although rather trivial in light of what he is going through, I hope that winning the championship gave him the sense and joy of accomplishment that he justly deserves.

Congrats to Fargo South - sounds like it was a great game. The whole tourney had a lot of very close games.

Just pointing out that Ohio States record is 15-16-5 which is not very good yet they continue to be included as a team playing in the postseason.

Why is it that Ohio State continues to be in the post season tourney even though they have a terrible record and they lost last night?

I just talked to Midco to see what the coverage area included. I hope that she was wrong but she indicated that Midco is not showing that the game and will not be covered anywhere. I told her about the press release and she indicated to me that the press release was incorrect. Anybody else have any info as I am skeptical to the info provided by Midco.

Did they win the games they needed to in order to get into the tourney? Apparently they did because the last time I checked they beat Minot.

Just to add to your argument, doesn't the fact that the WCHA had all of the teams in the final four last year show that the strenght of this league is superior to the others you mentioned. I still believe that you could be the 5th team in rankings in the WCHA and still be the 5th best team in the country. When will the WCHA get the respect that it deserve?

Great post. DaveK loves to sing that verse. As a matter of fact if you were to look at post # 31 in the UND at Bisonville post in the UND Community section of this forum you would see more of the same thing as he is labeling NDSU fans as being "classless". This continued attack on Red River and other teams is getting old.

In my opinion, North Dakota only has one perennial power house in Division 1 sport and that is UND hockey. They are consistently in the mix for a national title in any give year. Until NDSU can demonstrate that level of performance in basketball and football, the point of talking about NDSU being D-1 is rather a mute point. Woops, that's right every 15 minutes or so you can see NDSU scroll by on the ESPN ticker....
