Random thoughts from a fan that is sick of people belittling the program: (1) Some of you idiots remove your head from your @#$ and realize that there have been alot of changes from last year and it will take time for the transition. (2) It ain't how you are playing in early November that matters - look at Denver. (3) Yes this team has issues but this ship can be righted - we as Sioux fans need to have some confidence in the program. Didn't we win a few titles before Blais, before Gasparini etc... (4) That DAR and NEOFLIXX or NEONUTS or whatever the he!! his name is, get a fliipin clue or if I am really lucky never post again on this site. (5) Funny how once a coach like Blais is gone, all you remember are the glory years and that he could do no wrong. (6) Blais empowered Hak with the recruiting function that brought in players like Paraise - the well will continue to run deep. (7) Look at some of the positives - Lammy is the real deal, Zajac looks like a natural goal scorer, our schedule in the next month is a hell of alot better than the last month.

If someone would have told me that the Sioux would have held the Badgers to one goal on Friday and two currently on Saturday, I would have said the Sioux would have taken four points this weekend - my how wrong my thought process is.

Good questions - this team needs to find itself in a hurry - somebody has to step up and you would have thought that would have happened with the suppossed depth of this team.

And I thought some of the Maine teams in past years had a tough time scoring....

So what I am hearing is that the Sioux should recruit goons to satisfy everyone's appetite for the fight game. If you can't beat at least beat the @*?! out of them!!! I, for one, appreciate the style of hockey with players like Blake, Panzer, Parise etc...but that is just me.

You are right - you do not need to have played hockey to know about hockey and for suggesting as such, I apologize. I believe there are better ways of clearing the opponent from the front of the net other than cross-ckecking the opposing player because they are going to call that virtually every time. The cross-check I am referring to put the Sioux down on a 5 on 3 and I believe the Gophs scored. They could have called a cross-check on Greene at least two other times within about a 30 seconds time span.
