    My favorite portal one so far: Alec Ogden.  Kid is from Wisconsin, started at QB for Bemidji State as a Freshman. Transferred to Middle Tennessee State saw zero snaps in 2021 (despite MTSU losing 3 QBs on the season)and is now entering the portal for his senior year. Grass is not always greener on the other side

    The whole Canadinn operation just seems average. I have never stayed there, but the reviews are typically average or worse. There has been no attempts to update anything since opening and all the dining locations are just meh. I have no idea what type of arrangement they have, but would be nice to see another hospitality vendor takeover the operations.

    The cemetery really makes it hard for any "dinky town" type of expansion

    The cemetery is just in a bad spot in general, but that's a dead issue.  

    Maybe in the future, someone will buy a block of the rental homes just south of the Ralphal and turn it into a mixed use type of development.

    I went to undergrad at MTSU and the few of us fans that care are not happy about staying. C-USA is basically FCS 1.5  not there is anything wrong with FCS. However, it is basically saying we want to be FBS without doing FBS type of things. The entire CUSA should do a WAC and become FCS.
