It has became very apparent that the players need to not listen to a damn thing what the coaches tell them. The coaches did everything possible to lose today ....players weren’t having it. Kudos to the players

Overall talent is not where it should be for an fcs team. They’re recruiting D2 for a D1 program with an occasional stud. Just looking through the roster I see, imo, 9 guys that would have potential to crack into another teams two deep chart thats a top 10 team. McKinney, fort, jaxon, Caleb, Donnell, Bennett, maag, Siegel and Isaac Moore (as a OLB/ ILB) would be the 9. Donnell, Bennett, Siegel and fort could start with most any team. 2 from the offense and 7 from D . recruiting needs a major kick in the ass! As well as coaching needs new coaches

It is definitely the story of the bubba era. There have been numerous could’ve, would’ve should’ve s year after year after year after year.

So let’s see where und is four games in. - they have a punter that is averaging an incredible 34 yards/ punt !?!? One game outside, to date, with Mother Nature elements and that’s the best he can do!?! That’s the best they can find for the duty? A kicker that has issues kicking. Punt “return” team that doesn’t return punts. Kickoffs that have never seen the end zone Never an opportunity with this ST group to win field position Wrs that can’t separate coaches that are unable too adjust d line that are lb or safety size o line that is 40-45 #s too light an offense that STILL doesn’t know that it has TEs on the team rinse and repeat every weak

Thats right. Home teams in the series are unable to win. Idaho st changes that this year unfortunately

Four games into the season. My thoughts on the four games and season ( has drastically changed) Drake -Even though they ended up beating them by 40 it wasn’t until Zimm came in and looked downfield that gave them that 40 point victory. With all due respect to Drake, if a team wants to be in the upper echelon of the fcs this game would of never been close. And it was in the 3rd NDSU -The odds of beating team south in Fargo was slim but yet again it looked as though they didnt belong on the same field Ndsu was never threatened. That will be the case every year from now on out as und hits the mvfc...guaranteed loss Sam - und won but I might be one of the few to think that Sam was not an impressive team Imo...no way this game should of came down to the last possession Eastern- currently eastern is not even close to the same team that went to the finals last year. They had a near entire roster change over and are wounded. They were beaten badly by a bad Idaho team (eastern ended with garbage time points) and beaten by an ok Jax st team. They get their first d1 win with thanks to und Uc Davis - who really thinks und has a chance? Bubba has proven over and over again to us fans he can’t get it done Big loss. Deflating @ Idaho st - Idaho st has had unds number at home. They are an ok team that will continue its home victories vs und Loss @ cal poly - they are a bottom tier team. Bubba is well renowned to ”own” non participating playoff teams. Und should win but in typical bubba style it might come down to final possession mont st- loss @ Weber st - und will be shutout - best D und will face . Big Loss N Colo and S Utah — same as cal poly ...two Ws . Highly doubtful these will be blowouts they should be. Bad bad teams Und has the ability to beat non playoff teams. In nearly 6 years Bubba currently sits with 2 regular season victories with teams that would make the playoffs. Those two teams didn’t win their playoff games. Reality check. Since bubba arrived the offense, including this year, is simply a circus show. It’s so frustrating. The D has its ups and downs but has the ability to make adjustments. In typical bubba fashion ..the adjustments seem to come way too late as the games outcome is usually in hand. It’s been up to the D to win games. When they are not “on” or are worn out from unds offense being a constant 3 and out machine...und fails. ST- yeah ....? Bubba (32-29)is simply not head coach worthy. Time for change once again. New tactic in hiring process.... New blood ...no und affiliation.

With this Disney coaching staff it’s going to be so embarrassing in the mvfc. Und will be competing with Missouri st to see who doesn’t take last on a yearly basis. With the 50 years that I’ve been deeply invested with und football I don’t ever recall this feeling of just complete letdown.....I don’t see any positivity. Nothing to grab onto. D1 has been a cruel joke. Just sucks.

EWU just might have one of the worst Ds in the fcs. Und is incapable. Same ol song and dance. Time for change. Sick of this s$&! Eastern was wounded. Und/ bubba cannot get it done.

I mentioned this in years past by I would like the students to move as has been stated here. Those students seats than become general seating seating ...not designated. Just like memorial. I know too many folk that tailgate that do not attend games because they are separated. The catwalks are not for everyone. I would like to think that alone would bring more interest if they can remain grouped up.

That I haven’t a clue. Looks like their #3 will be the man. Which in comparison to UND was JJ last year.

I will say uc Davis. Other than ndsu they’re the highest ranked team und plays and they played ndsu evenly in Fargo. Beating EWU is currently not on par like beating a team of uc Davis caliber. Eastern has long history of greatness but currently doesn’t have a d1 win. Uc Davis is worthy and it would set und for a great remainder of the season. Btw ....und will beat ewu tomorrow

This should be a close game tomorrow. It potentially sounds like high wind combined with snow and/or rain . That could affect the offenses. And because of that ...imo...it will be low scoring. The two teams strong points will bump heads. EWU is known for its offense and UND for its D. The big difference this year is that Und finally has the secondary to hang with eastern’s WR group. I’m very comfortable vs passing teams unlike years past. Und has historically had trouble with running/ mobile qbs and Barrier has the ability to make opposing defenses look like fools. Not a great combination. Try and keep from getting to the edge where he really dangerous. Maybe und can put a spy on him? Their rb looks solid as well. Offensively, UND HAS to establish the run game. It’s been non existent the first 3 game ....this is the game they need to wake up. Passing could be tough tomorrow so running the ball will become essential. Their defense is bad. Und needs to take advantage. Keep EWU freezing on the sidelines by controlling the TOP. the special teams unit....ugh. Week after week year after year of disappointing performances. Add in the potential weather issues. Ugh. Eastern is a wounded dog...they need to win to keep playoff hopes alive. However, I feel this is the year und gets them. I like the offense vs their D and with an improved secondary I like unds D vs their offense. Barriere will get some yards but keep him from the big play. But special teams......
