I thought Ed Schmootz got that new gig as a contestant on "Who Wants to be a Governor."

There's a new twist. First time I've heard that. I always thought it was athletics (BB, VB) to old REA, wellness in Hyslop, build a new athletic training facility in the old REA parking lot, and 'sports bubble' Memorial Field's turf. Like I said, first time I've heard that. Interesting twists. And a good question about moving BB to Alerus too. I've heard that idea bounced (basketball, bounce, har-har) about, but wondered why more hasn't been said about it.

USD or SCSU have fans? ;) UND football fans travel OK. (They're probably two or three in the NCC in that category.) Again, and not to keep going back there, UND hockey fans probably travel better than UND football (and have longer trips normally). I'll admit that.

One man's opinion: Best surprise of the season. Overall: 36 games, 7 goals, 8 assists, 15 points, 18 penalties (36 minutes), 1 PPG Conference: 28 games, 7 goals, 5 assist, 12 points, 13 penalties (26 minutes), 1 PPG Making the line-up for all 28 conference games is impressive for a freshman. Last weekend he played up front on the number one PP. I think he's becoming a fan favorite with his "what's slow down mean?" style and general toughness.

Whose house are we in? Gimme that remote. Bison fans should not have the remote in this house. (When 'jimdahl' gets here I'll give the remote back to him.) For now, I want to flip back to Fox Collegiate and watch "Bisonville Crowd Control." I hear it's hosted by Don Knotts in character as "Barney Fife."
-
TV? Yes.
-
Now someone flipped to Fox Pre-Collegiate. Gimme the remote back, now! PS - Money's stick wasn't flaming before he delivered the two-hand slash. Now those are quick hands.
-
Now someone flipped it to a Woodpuppies game on Fox Sports Nuts. Is the Mild game on after this?
-
Who flipped the channel from "Fox Collegiate" to "Fox Alumni"?
-
Didn't UNC have issues with the NCC because of travel to far away places like ND, SD, and MN. So WA, CA, and FL is better? A travel comparison (miles, costs, payments if any) would be interesting.
-
And visiting fans will have twice as far, or more, to travel (compared to current conference rivals). One's an attendance positive, one's an attendance negative.

Are these on before or after "Breaking Curfew: Star Tailbacks Gone Wild!" I need to set my VCR.

Goldie doesn't want to talk hockey. Their rink only holds 10,000. Then again, they charge you for tickets from behind a mask.

Help me out here. Do I have these correct? New Mexico Highlands: DII Western State: DII Idaho St: DIAA Minnesota State, Mankato: DII Montana St: DIAA Western Washington: DII Florida Atlantic: DIAA Adams St: DII Southern Utah: DIAA (just starting their transition) Augustana (S.D.): DII UC-Davis: DIAA (just starting their transition?, or still DII) They are playing three established IAAs and two teams just starting to transition just like themselves, correct?

Simple statements: ~20 home dates * 11406 * $15 = $3.42 million ~5 home dates * 19000 * $15 = $1.42 million You can argue nuances, like number of dates and number of sell-outs, but the bottom lines are what's important (and in this case, they're close enough).

Any word on the status of Mankato's Stephenson? He missed their last series with a shoulder problem.

An E-7 in the US Navy is referred to as a _____ Petty Officer. The top financial person in a company is called the _____ financial officer. A flight attendant calling everyone in first class "chief" sounds equal opportunity to me.
-
stars: Getting strong DIIs to play games at UND (or NDSU for that matter) was difficult. Ask Roger Thomas about trying to get Carson-Newman to come in for a game sometime. Most IAAs want to be home (for the gate) or, if they go on the road, go for a major payday (even if it is a bodybag game). You can't blame them. It's all about the Benjamins.

Billy Mills is the man who was "offended" by a flight attendant who referred to him as "Chief." (SI article, March 4, 2002) The attendant did not know Mr. Mills is American Indian. The attendant referred to everyone in first class as "Chief."

Or will at least admit to it. It's a Midcontinent Cable town so it still has Fox Sports (North). There's your answer. I've frequented "a pub or two" in the capitol city and never had a problem finding the games.

Still, the NCC post-season champion garnering a regional five-seed, especially after knocking off the team that spent most of the season at #1 on their home court?
-
The way he played against Minnesota (85 minutes, 54 saves, 1 goal against) are you sure you want to face Montgomery right now either?
-
NDSU would have been top 25 last year in IAA attendance (and UND would have been top 30). Does that say good things for UND and NDSU or bad things for IAA attendance?

Bison FB broadcaster to Sioux FB broadcaster. Sioux hockey fan to "Gopher hockey fan." Republican to Democrat. Those are three felony level offenses, depending on who you ask. North Dakota needs, like California has, a "Three Strikes Law." Problem solved. ???
