Swift Current Article

Was led to this article by another person. It is, first of all, extremely well written. Secondly, it is a hockey story. Thirdly, it is both uplifting in part and disturbing in part. Finally, it seems, it is still an open wound, unsettled and unhealed.

It is quite lengthy, too.

Thanks for sharing the article SportsDoc.

Quite a story. There are some uplifting parts to the story but it left me shaking my head for all of those traumatized and effected by the events mentioned, especially for those current young players who weren't even a part of the past and how it effects them.

As mentioned before, there's more to life than hockey. Sometimes the sad and sick events of life can infiltrate into hockey and those that play it.

Quite a story.

I wonder where that POS coach is now.

DAMN!!!

According to Sheldon Kennedy on his appearance on The Jim Rome Show on November 14, 2006, James fled to Europe after he was released from prison, and still coaches youth hockey there.

The Canadian Hockey Association is taking action on reports that former hockey coach Graham James is once again coaching, in Spain.

He was the assistant coach for the Spanish national team that recently placed second at the World C hockey championship in Majadahonda, Spain. The youngest player on the Spanish team just turned 19.
