Wasn't the prettiest WCHA game we'll ever see, but the points look darn good. Regardless of what's happening around us, our sole thinking is find points every night, however that is. Real proud of the guys for the win. 1-0 is not an easy game to win. The last 8-10 minutes of the game, we had to grind it out. Great play by Oshie to get Duncan the puck, and Duncan made a heck of the play to get it to the top of the net. As it turns out, that was the one we needed. Lammy didn't see a lot of top quality shots, but tough shots through traffic. Phil played great positionally, and let the play come to him. We got more out of everyone tonight. We limited their shots very much. All that matters is we got 2 points. I play better when I see 30+ shots in a game. Whatever it takes I wanted to get a win tonite, if that meant I had to get a shutout, then that's what I had to do. Give Duluth credit, they may be in last place but they are not a last place team.
