Sioux_Hab-it Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 (edited) Sioux Hab-It, what you say they call Schremp in the OHL, Robbie Shrimp? Only the opposition calls him that to and rile him. Sorry I have been watching the game on the big TV downstairs. My favorite play of the first period was when Kessel tried the hows it going move that worked against the Swedes. This time it was against Staal and Kessel gave the ice a butt kiss for his trouble. I forgot to add that you are doing okay on the names. The only spelling I noted is Comeau, a kid you mentioned earlier Edited January 1, 2006 by Sioux_Hab-it Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Former WJC Tourney MVP with one assist so far tonight in the Devils game. Quote

Yes, I enjoy so much that he's such a "team player." Pass the puck!!! Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 30 seconds remain in the penalty. Johnson hits a post, but that's as close as the Americans have come. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 PP over. Again, the Canadians keep the US on the perimeter. Penalty coming on the US now. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 US basically allowing Canadian players to walk right in front of the goal! Quote
farce poobah Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Funny to hear all the Vancouverites heckling their future goalie. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Holding penalty on Canada. Let's go USA PP. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Interesting little tidbit. This US WJC team is 1/2 inch bigger than our upcoming Olympic team. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Mueller scores for the US on a breakaway!!!! Canada was in the middle of a line change. 2-2. Quiet crowd Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Chicago has 7 drafted players in this tournament. Speak volumes for their scouts. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Nothing like Lee and Toews checking each other Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Penalty on the US. Canada PP. Lee and Johnson were on the ice for about 2 minutes because they couldn't get it out of their own end! Quote
siouxbear1 Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Was funny to see when Lee and Chorney were coming up the ice and Toews backed off! Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Lee was pretty kind to Toews!!!! He was thinking, 'Wait, Hak told me to go easy on him.' Quote
siouxbear1 Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 He was thinking, 'Wait, Hak told me to go easy on him.' Or he was saying, "Hurry up and get away from me!" Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Didn't we all learn in Pee Wees, don't clear in front of the net. What's Chorney do? Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Pretty even hockey being played right now. Still 2-2. Quote
siouxbear1 Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Lee's logging some major ice time and he's all over the place helping out. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Slashing call on Canada. PP for the USA. 3:36 left in the 2nd. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Canada again, keeping the Americans on the perimeter. A lot of playing with the puck, no quality shots. Quote
siouxbear1 Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Need some shots...Oshie was waiting but couldn't get anyone to shoot! Quote
