MSU stopped on 4th down. Game over. SCSU pulls it out by the skin of their teeth. Not sure if weather kept this one close or SCSU just didn't play well, but I'm very surprised that they struggled with MSU as much as they did considering MSU was coming off two very poor performances in losses to NSIC teams.
