Siouxperman8 Posted July 5, 2025 Posted July 5, 2025 Sad to hear. I didn’t know him well but enjoyed it when we did talk. Alzheimers is a terrible disease. 2 Quote

Siouxperman8 Posted July 5, 2025 Posted July 5, 2025 When Twins won in Detroit to win the ALCS in '87 we hurried to the dome for the homecoming. 50k people rushing through downtown to get in. I happened to be walking next to Ryan and quickly told him my story of having a $10 bet at 40:1 for Twins to win AL and how my friend turned down the chance to get in. $400 was a big deal for me back then. Not sure how he got my number but he called a couple of days later to get the whole story and wrote an article for the Herald. 4 Quote
