Mad Man Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 mich 2 cc 0 2 pp goals <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Looks like CC drew the kiss of death having to go through Michigan in Grand Rapids.
Air Force One Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Any CC audio? I'd rather listen to that game. I can't find it on USCHO or Yahoo sports. Thanks again for any help. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The CC link is KRDO but I can't connect either. Try here http://www.wtka.com/main.html it is the Michigan audio link, said something about subscription though.
7>4 Posted March 26, 2005 Author Posted March 26, 2005 CC radio is jock1240.com but I don't find any link to listen via the 'Net. Is it just me or does it seem like every year there is a regional played in Michigan that Michigan plays in?? CC is playing like crap in the first but, boy, did they get jobbed on the seeding with DU. LET'S GO TIGERS.
SiouxTupa Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Yeah, that's where the USCHO page took me. If that's the case, I don't envy UM fans....having to pay $7 for an audio broadcast. Not to mention the likelihood that it ends up having troubles for the game you buy. I heard 2-0 UM after 1 on the Harvard UNH broadcast.
#1siouxfan22 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 CC mayb got screwed a little on that one 3-0 mich
dunker2001 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 CC scores on the 5x3 PP 3-1 Michigan UNH - Harvard going to OT tied at 2. All three games so far today have gone to OT.
Fedorov Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Why is CC sucking it up? I haven't been watching the game, but I just saw the score.
Fedorov Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 CC scores short handed 3-2 Michigan <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Go CC, don't screw up my picks
Sioux_Hab-it Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Why is CC sucking it up? I haven't been watching the game, but I just saw the score. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Because they are a fast but tiny team that was designed to do well on their larger pond here in Colorado Springs. They can't compete with a large physical team like Michigan on a regular ice surface. That is why I maintained from the beginning that they got shafted by the NCAA selection process that seems to send them to Michigan's home turf every time. Unfortunately I had also picked Maine to advance and I thought they would be good for at least one goal against the Gophers. I got a good chuckle out of all the number one signs being flashed by the Gopher fans. Their anemic offence and sloppy play won't buy them to many more victories. They will have just as difficult time scoring against Cornell and perhaps the outcome will be different tomorrow.
jimdahl Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Go CC, don't screw up my picks Ack, I have Michigan as my first upset of the tourney... Looking at your picks, as long as you don't cheer for BC tonight to help your bracket, I can let it slide
Runninwiththedogs Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Yeah what's with Maine and losing 1-0 in NCAA tournament games to WCHA teams, anyway?
Fedorov Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Ack, I have Michigan as my first upset of the tourney... Looking at your picks, as long as you don't cheer for BC tonight to help your bracket, I can let it slide <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I set myself up for a win-win there. Jim, can you fix the link for the leaders in the other thread?
dunker2001 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Sounds like OSU is up 1-0 on the red at the John. 3-2 Michigan at the end of 2. Michigan took a penalty at the 20 minute mark, Tigers will start the 3rd with a PP.
SiouxTupa Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 yeah, I noticed that there is now an active link for that game. Once somebody pots one in this game to end it, I'll probably stop on over and check it out. Need to catch Hennessy for the pregame, though, so hurry up cats.
dunker2001 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 UNH beats Harvard in OT 3-2 UNH will play Denver tomorrow
SiouxTupa Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 There we go! Picks in tact...except for MN...damn.
jimdahl Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 I set myself up for a win-win there. Jim, can you fix the link for the leaders in the other thread? The link is good, just at the time I mentioned it on the message board there was a problem with the page that prevented it from rendering in IE (worked fine in other browsers). It should be good now. Wow, over half way in, but still no upsets -- hopefully tonight will break that trend!
cfm567b27 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Does anyone else think Michigan's helmats are really gay? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not half as gay as I think the Minnesota rouser is... now that is gay
#1siouxfan22 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Darren Pang with the quote of the year "With all due respect to NCAA basketball this is better."
dunker2001 Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Tigers tie it at 3! Goal being reviewed.... Goal stands...3-3 tie
