fightin'su
With about 2 min. left in the UNO game on 4th down he hit Dressler in the belly on a long pass at the 10 and he dropped it, ending any chance of a comeback. Dressler slumped off the field, went right to the bench, sat down and hung his head. Bowencamp came off the field and went right to Dressler, sat beside him and with an arm around his shoulders was clearly consoling him. John Bowencamp the QB - bad, bad game / John Bowencamp the man - came up huge at a crucial moment. Good luck John and thanks for the memories!! snaggles
Definitely a team player. It just shows great class on John's part. That is the type of people we recruit. It's no accident we have great kids playing for UND.

The Sicatoka
I expect Bowenkamp has at least one more moment in him. It probably won't be as a QB but he'll make a play in another role (spotting) that will make a difference. If not that, it'll be as a mentor to a struggling QB.
