GeauxSioux Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 Page 5 of the Agenda for the SBoHE caught my eye.. http://ndus.edu/uploads/resources/5671/agenda-and-materials.pdf Is there a reason that Campus police need to be designated as "Customs Officer (Excepted)"? It seems we are federalizing more and more of our local and state law enforcement. Why? How were we able to get along so many years without this? Quote

Might have to do with all the internationals in aerospace at UND (a lot are just getting certificates rather than a degree). It seems we are federalizing more and more of our local and state law enforcement. Why? How were we able to get along so many years without this? Agreed. Tax and tuition dollars hard at work. Quote
UNDColorado Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 The federalization of state and local police has been slowly happening all over the country. The recent riots will be used to further justify this. Vail CO totally needs a mine resistant vehicle...not. There's the "hope & change" we were promised. Quote
