Stinger_UND Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 Tickets for the Sioux/Griz football game go on sale on August 2nd. Anyone planning on getting tickets? Quote
SiouxMD Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 This would be an epic road trip...I guess I have a few days to think about it. BTW...how hard can it be to get it right? Two different start times and two different opponents? Quote

Lobo Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 We live in Billings, MT and plan to make the road trip over there and meet our father-in-law who lives in Idaho. Should be a good time. Also plan to try and host a pre-game party as well over there similar to what we are trying for the Idaho game! Quote
SiouxMD Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 The game will be televised on "CW Montana". "We are actually one of the few schools in the country to have all of its games televised live - and the only one at the Football Championship Subdivision level." I would like to see UND/FSSN challenge the Griz on that last part... Quote

All Griz games are on KU/Free-to-air satellite............I would think it is a good bet that FSSN/Midco would pick up the feed and air it locally, like they did with the Northwestern St. game last year. Two different start times and two different opponents? I e-mailed the school and told them that calling the Sioux "North Dakota State" was comparable to calling the Griz "Montana State" (who they detest), I figured that would bring quick results and I see they changed it right away. They still haven't changed the different times, but I would be surprised if the start time isn't noon Mountain time. Quote
iceberg Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Montana home games start at 1:00 local (Mountain) before Nov 1 and noon after that...remember the clocks get turned back the last week of October Washington-Grizzly field does not have lights 1 1 Quote
