UMDDogz Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Sounds like the crowd is back in this one!! Sioux need to keep the pressure on!! Quote

GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 I am watching it on the Internet live with Hennesy calling the game. It's is pretty sweet setup. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!! There was some bodies in front of the net and the puck went in. They are giving the goal to Bochenski. 3-2 BC. Quote
UMDDogz Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 BC announcers saying it was kicked in... 3-2 Sioux Bochenski Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Damn it... Ben Eaves just feathered a pass past Parise. One timer for BC... goal. 4-2 BC Quote
UMDDogz Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 In other action: Michigan 5, Quinnipiac 4, Final Wisconsin 1, St. Cloud 1, 2nd period Mankato 1, Providence 1, 3:00 left in 2nd Quote
OETKB Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 UND letting in too many softies this game, although TH not faulting Parise for them. Basically, UND is the better team tonight 5 on 5, but BC has those early PPG's that really put the Sioux in a hole. Overall a very sloppy game as far as chances given up against. Quote
sprig Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Four Sioux back defensively on the 4th BC goal, all on the same side of the ice, leaving Forrest alone, and Eaves got the puck across to him. Better game now that checking has become legal. Think Anderson thought he was doing a women's game in the first period, although more contact is allowed in women's hockey. Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Is Todd Anderson a WCHA ref? Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Say, how is the High School hockey in Grand Forks these days? Is it still Central and Red River taking turns winning the state title or have the Fargo teams taken a few? Quote
sprig Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Don't know about Todd. There have been two other Anderson's, but don't remember this one. Quote
sprig Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Say, how is the High School hockey in Grand Forks these days? Is it still Central and Red River taking turns winning the state title or have the Fargo teams taken a few? Grafton sneaks in occasionally, but otherwise Central and RR. Does Fagrow have hockey? GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Looks like I'm going to have to miss the 2nd half of the last period. Gotta head into work at 10:00 p.m. Sheesh... Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Yea... Fagrow has hockey teams. That's where the kids who aren't good enough to play in Grand Forks move. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLl Sioux got one right at the start of the 3rd. Drew Stafford got it! 4-3 BC Quote
