GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Zach is playing by the way... His brother, Jordan, is starting in the net. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Jesus Christ... the Sioux just took their 3rd penalty. Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Do they look flat or is BC really that good? Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Now Andy Schneider just took a high sticking penalty. The Sioux will be down 2 men for 1:08 seconds. Unreal... Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Goal....2-0 BC and they still have 1:24 left in a man advantage. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 They look flat to me... BC is tough though. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 The Sioux have stepped it up. They are skating better and will begin a power play after a 30 second break. Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Wow, Sioux with 4 penalties thus far... Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 End of the first... 2-0 BC. I'm sure Blais will be jumping some ass during the break. Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Were the Sioux sloppy, flat, both? Quote
OETKB Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Sioux were very sloppy on the PP. BC was, by contrast, very good at puck control on the PP. At this rate, UND will have 12 penalties in this game. Total BS! The first penalty of the game was real quick and T.H. did not think it was charging. A hard hit does not mean it was illegal! Then, towards the end of the 1st, Fylling is hooked off the puck and no call. What the hell? In case you didn't notice, I'm not real happy with the refs right now. Quote
sprig Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Watching CSTV. Todd Anderson is very quick with the whistle on Sioux hits, while BC is allowed to play normally. Did call one of two takedowns on BC; takedown on Parise was allowed, but one on Murray was called. Anderson was given a clear opportunity to give the Sioux a 5 on 3 on the very obvious hook on Fylling, but chose not to. Sioux finally got things going 5 on 5, but it did not stay that way for long. Fylling has been good, as has the Parise line, but nothing in the net yet. Quote
OETKB Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Fylling has looked like the best forward so far. I don't know what is up with the rest of the team, but they had better get it going soon, or BC is going to make this one a laugher. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 3-0 BC... North Dakota gets yet ANOTHER penalty. Too many men on the ice it sounds like. Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Sioux are again at full strength. That what now, 5 BC power plays to UND's 1?? Horrible officiating. Quote
OETKB Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Sioux look totally outclassed. However, they are not really rolling lines because of all the freakin' penalties. How the heck did the 3rd goal happen? Quote
sioux fan in phoenix Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Who the hell is this Todd Anderson? Is he a WCHA ref? Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Genoway just had a great scoring opportunity and hit the side of the net... We gotta hit the easy ones to get back in it. Quote
UMDDogz Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Sounded like the third goal was a screened shot which Parise may not have seen...these BC anouncers are not quite as good as TH Quote
GBpakrzz Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL... The Sioux really picked it up! Fylling just scored. 3-1 BC Quote
UMDDogz Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 UND seemed to be picking up the pressure in the past few minutes... Quote
