Goon
As a Sioux fan and as a Bruins fan I hope Zach and Travis to well statistically but as a Bruins fan I hope the Devils falls flat on thier nose. Cheering for the Devils is like cheering for the Gophers or the Canadians. Can't do it. Just for the Record Parise aka God is one of my favorite Sioux players of all time. I just can't understand how you can cheer for the Bruins!!! Okay, actually I can see it...I used to also, until I got fed up with the Bruins management, and them trading away all their talent. Now it seems that they may be trying to get Pronger to add back on the blue line with Chara...but in order to get him, they'd have to give up Kessel. In other hockey news, it appears Steve Downie slashed some linesman in the AHL after getting mad about and empy net goal that was given to the opponents. Downie Story I was stationed at Fort Devens in Ayer Mass and met a local girl that ended up getting me into the Bruins. Never looked back, went to game 7 at the Boston Garden between the Devils and Bruins. I swear the old building almost fell down because it was shaking from all of the noise after the Bruins won the game. Amazing. I get the hockey package just to watch the Bruins and who ever is playing. I am glad that Harry Siden is now gone. I am hoping the Wild cut ties with D.R. soon as well. For a long time, the Bruins were the thing to see in Boston. Even during the Celtics hay-day, they didn't rock the house like they did for the Bruins. Red Sox were still popular, but there wasn't talk of curses and stuff like there was in the past decade and a half and it wasn't amplified to the point it was a few years ago. Well you do have two Goofs on the Bruins...Wheeler and Kessel that alone is enough to make me not want to cheer for the Bruins!
