Hmmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't UND do exactly that with the Chicago Blackhawks logo? And wasn't it UND officials who ripped off the Blackhawks not just some ill-informed fan.

It would seem to me that a "road game" is a game that is played while a team is "on the road." In other words, away from home. A game played on a neutral field is a road game for both teams.

SDSU certainly could have won this game. But I don't know if makes any sense to say that a team that gave up 416 yards of offense to their 275, and couldn't come up with a defensive stop when they needed it, "should" have won the game.

The ball sails a bit on him sometimes. No doubt he's got a ways to go ... most college QBs do in their first year as a starter. But there' a whole lot there for an NFLQB coach to work with.

Not bad indeed! Carson pretty much has everything that you'd want in a QB; prototypical size, excellent quickness and mobility, great pocket presence, a rocket arm, and he's a 4.0 student. If he can read NFL defenses we just might be seeing him on Sundays in a few years.

Looks like NDSU drew the weaker side of the bracket. Kinda wanted to see EWU in the Fargodome. Oh well, pounding Montana State (or SDSU) will be sweet too. Nice to see the committee give the MVFC its due.
