UND in the first period had a much better level of intensity, crisp passes that are accurate, closing down lanes and beating players to the puck. Forty more minutes of this and not giving up the lead.

For NCHCTV - on the site progress bar - The way it works on my computer is to use the progress bar at the bottom and moving it back to start of game. If the game is over you have to see it in replay or videos. Turn off scores before you do this if you do not want to see the score.

UND gets the sweep.

I do not see an issue. I am frustrated about the slow maturing of the players. I would like to see more shots from unexpected players, angles, and the creation of garbage in front of net. But my coaching is soccer, including an offer to coach on the Ghana National Men’s team (had I accepted the offer I would have been with the team when they were in the top 8 at the World Cup); and hockey is just a great source of enjoyment since I stepped on UND campus in the early 1970’s. We have very good coaches, with a very young team.

Seriously guys. Get to the puck - Beavers are not only attacking the puck but also attacking your stick when you have the puck on your stick. Make smart choices of moving the puck quickly.

That goalie was flopping like an out of water fish. The puck was available to be attacked.

Another stupid play. Turnover again by trying to be too slick of a un-needed pass in our zone.

Feels better to go into period break with a lead. Thank you team.

They score just now by shooting and not dropping to a covered trailing player. And second goal shot was put on goal from an unexpected shot and UND cleans up the garbage.

An open shot on goal close in and instead made a 3 foot pass to a trailing player and that pass was intercepted. Had UND player taken the shot, there was a high chance for a rebound and the trailing player might have cleaned up the garbage. Need to shoot sometimes.
