Issues:
It is to easy to take the puck off of UND sticks?
Strength on the puck seems to be very weak?
Is defensive responsibility a problem to correct?
The opponent looks at tape and knows how predictable, easy to break up the pass and how to steal off the predictable square passes.
UND looks great for moments. Then making dumb situational awareness decisions. Need their head on a swivel.
Where is our pressure. They bring and we get a penalty. And they turn, fire, and score.
We are shooting. UND is making quicker decisions. Putting the puck on the net. Let our players who were recruited for skill and scoring, use those skills and create chaos.
Sleeping on the transitions. No reason for this type of relaxed play. The ice is not tilting. The effort is tilted. They came out shooting and UND came out looking.
Curious on the role of official: When the stick was broken and laid at the top of the zone. Can a linesman leave their line when play is at the other end of the ice and clear the stuck? I noticed when play came back down the ice, the stick was gone.
